Responsibilities:
People Interface & Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff on HR-related matters.
Facilitate communication between staff and leadership on people issues.
Identify trends and support employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
Provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
HR Strategy Implementation:
Implement HR strategies aligned with organizational vision and program goals.
Adapt regional HR frameworks to meet state program needs.
Drive initiatives that enhance performance and employee engagement.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Collaborate with program leaders to identify hiring needs.
Support job description development and end-to-end recruitment processes.
Oversee onboarding, HR operations, and compliance with HR policies.
Facilitate performance management, rewards, and recognition processes.
Talent Development & Learning:
Identify learning and development needs for program staff.
Collaborate with regional teams to implement training and development initiatives.
Support continuous professional growth and capability building.
Staff Care & Wellbeing:
Build strong relationships with employees, interns, and fellows.
Assess and address staff support needs proactively.
Strengthen staff care initiatives in collaboration with regional teams.
Promote resilience and overall workplace wellbeing.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant experience in HR business partnering or generalist HR roles.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.
Exposure to talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Technical Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and frameworks.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Ability to analyze people data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
