Electrical Engineer Intern.

Key Responsibilities

Field Surveys & Consumer Engagement

• Conduct on-ground surveys of commercial, industrial, and residential electricity consumers

• Visit consumer sites to understand energy consumption patterns, operational schedules, and load usage

• Collect and document information through structured survey forms and interviews

• Assist in identifying potential demand response opportunities among consumers

Data Collection & Analytics

• Organize, validate, and analyze consumer survey data

• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and insights from collected data

• Assist the project team in understanding consumer load profiles and energy usage trends

Stakeholder Coordination

• Attend meetings, workshops, and review sessions organized by SBPDCL and project partners

• Coordinate with utility officials, consumers, and project teams during field activities

• Provide regular updates on survey progress and findings

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

• Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

• Mass Communication

• Digital Media & Advertising

• Marketing

• MBA (Operations, Energy, Analytics, or related fields)

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and electricity consumption

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis

• Willingness to travel within Patna and nearby areas for field surveys

• Ability to work independently and interact confidently with consumers
