Key Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day fulfillment centre operations
- Ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes
- Maintain inventory accuracy and reconciliation
- Manage returns and reverse logistics efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational SLAs
- Support operations for large-format categories such as appliances

Ideal Candidate:

✔ 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations
✔ Strong hands-on experience in Inventory Management
✔ Practical exposure to Returns Processing & Reverse Logistics
✔ Experience handling large-category operations is an added advantage
