Head of Human Resources

Role Description
You will be hired for one of SKREPL's sister companies, The Head of Human Resources will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development for the organization. This full-time, on-site role in Patna involves designing and implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws, and managing employee relations with a focus on engagement and retention. The role includes advising leadership on HR strategy, compensation and benefits, and organizational structure to support business goals. The Head of Human Resources will also handle HR operations such as maintaining HR records, monitoring compliance, conducting training programs, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience overseeing end-to-end HR operations.

• Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR processes.

• Candidates should possess expertise in designing, implementing, and updating HR Policies aligned with organizational objectives.

• Candidates should possess robust Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.

• Candidates should have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and staff.

• Candidates should have proven experience in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within construction, real estate, or related industries.

• Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Candidates should be proficient in HRIS or HR-related software and comfortable working in an on-site environment in Patna.
