HR Trainee

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Trainee role based in Patna. The HR Trainee will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting HR documentation, and helping implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards. The HR Trainee will coordinate training sessions, assist in performance management activities, and support employee engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling basic HR queries, preparing reports, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong HR fundamentals, including interest in recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build professional relationships.

• Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, such as attention to detail, time management, record keeping, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, prepare HR reports, and support process improvements.

• Candidates should possess adaptability and teamwork skills, including willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; internships or academic projects in HR are an added advantage.

• Interest in the technology and consulting sector, and comfort working in an environment focused on SAP, AI, and digital transformation, will be beneficial.
