Qualification & Experience
Experience: 5–10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2–5 years in Retail / E-commerce / Quick Commerce / multi-location field HR.
Preferred: Experience managing large manpower (700–900) across multiple stores/locations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Regional Business Head and Cluster Managers to align HR strategy with business goals for 120–130 stores.
Drive manpower planning and ensure optimal workforce availability across the region (TA handled centrally).
Lead employee relations (ER) cases including investigations, fact-finding, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
Analyse people data—attrition, absenteeism, productivity—and provide insights for business decisions.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, connect sessions, R&R activities, and store visits to improve employee experience.
Track and control attrition, especially for Optometrists and Store Leaders, through targeted retention plans.
Identify capability gaps and coordinate with L&D for training interventions and manager development programs.
Travel extensively (60–70%) for store visits, audits, employee meetings, and leadership engagement across Bihar.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong field HR management experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
Understanding of labour laws in Bihar retail operations.
Data-driven with the ability to interpret HR dashboards.
High accountability, maturity, and execution excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced Retail/E-commerce/Quick Commerce environment.
