Position: Pharma Telecaller
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls for the online store.
Take, confirm, and follow up on customer orders.
Assist customers with product-related queries, orders, availability, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with store, warehouse & delivery teams.
Maintain daily call/order reports.
Provide good customer service and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge.
Minimum 1 years of experience in tele calling/customer support experience preferred.
