Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management: Source and evaluate pharmaceutical suppliers, negotiate favorable terms (credit periods, trade schemes), and process accurate purchase orders.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent both stock-outs and excess stock. Revisit reorder levels and maintain optimal stock quantities.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure all procured Medicines and healthcare products and meet national/regional legislation and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma), Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 5+ years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical procurement or retail supply chain management.
Skills: Strong vendor negotiation, inventory analysis, and proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP MM) or computerized pharmacy management systems.
