Screen Printing Floor Manager

The Screen Printing Floor Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Neelam Enterprise’s facility in Bhagalpur. This role oversees daily screen printing operations, including planning production schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring workflow across printing, drying, and finishing lines. The manager ensures accurate setup of screens, inks, and machinery, verifies print quality against client specifications, and coordinates timely order completion. Responsibilities include supervising and training floor staff, enforcing safety and housekeeping standards, maintaining equipment, and working closely with design, QC, and sales teams to resolve production issues. The role also involves tracking production metrics, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement in print consistency, efficiency, and waste reduction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Print Production and Printing for textile applications.

• Candidates should possess practical expertise in Screen Printing operations and techniques.

• Candidates should possess capabilities in Print Design for interpreting artwork and translating it to production.

• Experience managing a production floor or shift in textiles or manufacturing, with team supervision responsibilities.

• Understanding of textile materials, dyes, and printing chemistry, especially for silk, cotton, and home furnishings.

• Ability to read work orders, maintain documentation, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Relevant technical diploma or degree in textiles, printing technology, or industrial production is preferred.
