Team Leader / Assistant Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
✔ Recruit, onboard, and manage delivery riders to build a reliable fleet.
✔ Handle daily operations of 1,500+ shipments while ensuring timely deliveries.
✔ Lead, motivate, and monitor delivery associates to achieve operational KPIs.
✔ Ensure rider productivity, attendance, service quality, and SOP compliance.
✔ Drive last-mile efficiency by solving operational challenges and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
✅ 1–4 years of experience in Last Mile, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or Courier Operations.
✅ Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Experience in rider/fleet hiring and field operations will be an added advantage.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
